Changing Paradigms

The video begins by saying that to reform public education there are two reasons: economic and cultural.
Are two good intentions but not fully met because the economy is variant and that does not guarantee any future and also because education culturally crave Colombian lifestyles of other cultures apart from their own.
On the other hand, having a college degree is no guarantee, but not this say it's not important, if it is, but the success is not insured by a title ... and thinking as a Christian say that success is to follow the ways of God faithfully fulfilling our part (without waiting for the money only mail arrives) because true education beyond this age.
The video also reflects on that often children are victims of epidemics unreal, because teachers do not get out of the fence and advance on par with the exterior attractive offers, and look bad the child shows no interest towards education.
I think that not only the strong and rich are destined to success, but anyone with creative discipline can get where he tries, and I as a teacher I have a duty to teach that.
